Lesson 206: Fruit Of The Spirit

Updated: Sep 28, 2023

Full Lesson HERE

INTRODUCTION. Jesus, on the eve of his crucifixion, compared himself to a vine and his

disciples to the branches. "I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing" (John 15:5).

Our deeds and actions are often called fruits in the New Testament. Christians are to

produce fruits of righteousness. In his letter to the Galatians, Paul lists the fruit of the

Spirit-nine virtues all Christians should acquire (Gal. 5:22-23).
