The BOSS Team’s mission is to systematically evangelize the people in our church community through organized mailing campaigns.

Meeting Schedule
The initial BOSS TEAMS were formed following our First Monday Leadership Meeting on June 7. A BOSS Leadership structure meeting was held via Zoom on June 12. A subsequent meeting was held with the then 26 BOSS Teams via Zoom on June 30. Future meetings will be scheduled as needed.
How to Join
BOSS Teams are made up of two people who will accept the responsibility to follow New Direction Church’s system to evangelize an assigned block of names in the Upland community. Each two-person team will be assigned a BOSS mailing block of 60 homes within the City of Upland. Each team will receive 60 postcards, 60 home mailing labels, 60 stamps, and mail preparation instructions. The postcard mailings will be done on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. After the team mails its postcards, each team member will pray daily over their block of names for salvation.
If you would like to join the BOSS Ministry, contact the BOSS Ministry Administrator or any of the BOSS Team Group Leaders and provide the names of your two-person team. You may also complete the Ministry Interest Form on the last page of this directory and
submit it to the administrator or a group leader.

Requirements
1. Must be saved. 2. Have a sincere desire to see the members of our church community receive salvation. 3. Willingness to follow the BOSS systematic mailing approach. 4. Willing to commit to daily prayer for an assigned block of residents.
